Here's my estimate of the hop. That's about a 60 degree angle from a straight bounce. (Blue oval is where the first baseman was when the ball hit.)
Warne’s ball was about 120 degrees, so a similar deviation angle. Here is is diagramed.

The difference is that Warne’s bowl was intentional.
