The Pac has been able to get at least 3 or 4 teams into regional play. Stanford did play and earn the right to host a regional and or super. Obviously winning the tourney will solidify all that, but all that should have been solidified when they won the Pac title. I don't see any more teams getting into regional play unless they win this tourney. Cal, U of W, and ASU will not be selected if they lose this thing. So jeopardizing position players and pitching for a conference tourney when Stanford, OSU, UO, U of A, and UCLA should be a lock. Selection committee will find a way to get schools with losing records from the ACC and SEC in anyway. All 5 Pac schools should be a lock with conference and overall records. Kyle Peterson will find a way to justify Vandy winning it all in the end!
