Stanford just got a big break in its tee times for tomorrow. 3 teams tied for 14th (Stanford, Oregon, Florida) at the end of the 2nd round but only 2 of them could play in the morning round tomorrow. In general, the golf course has played 2-3 shots easier in the morning

I don't know how they chose (maybe they drew lots), but Stanford will play starting at 8 am with Oregon and Texas Tech. Florida will have to wait until 11:20 to begin its rounds.

A sad performance so far today.  Haven't even finished 6 holes and we are 7 over with 4 doubles, 1 triple, 3 bogies and 1 birdies.  For the tournament we are 21 over on the par 3's, 25 over on the par 4's and now 6 over on the par 5's   Our top 3 just haven't got the job done.
It is always possible to turn things around and have enough other teams fall apart that we make the top 15 but I am not optimistic.  I had hoped for a good start today.
