That does appear a more logical choice for them, especially if they are looking for somebody to be a more traditional starter (i.e. go 5 innings or more).
I see some of their fans are advocating for them to start their All American closer Stivors and see how far he can go. I don't know if that is likely or not.
My comments on Wood were partially based upon a comment from the TS coach, something to the effect that "Zeke Wood is a gamer, always ready to give us what we need" ... or something like that.
