Normally I'd take heart that ND sucks, but do they suck enough to lose to Stanford at home? Yes, but would I predict that? No. Then I think, oh, wait, Colorado, duh, but as fate would have it, Stanford doesn't play the lowly Buffs this season. Maybe ASU, but from where I sit right now no other team looks too beatable at this point. On paper it looks like 2-10, but that's why they play the games.

I am very concerned in terms of next week....
Looking at the rest of the teams on our schedule, there doesn't appear to be a single gimme. Utah, Oregon, Washington, Oregon State, Washington State and even Cal are all looking solid to very good. UCLA barely escaped disaster vs. South Alabama, and ASU was humbled by Eastern Michigan from the MAC (yes, that Eastern Michigan), so these teams are clearly beatable. The two OOC teams remaining, BYU and Notre Dame, have not lived up to their pre-season hype; and we have BYU at home. Maybe there is a W in one of these two games. 4-8 maybe? Not a single W can be penciled in.
USC was again dominant yesterday, clobbering Tedford's Bulldogs 45-17. In that game, Austin Jones racked up 110 yards rushing and scored a TD. After three games in 2022, I presume he is not regretting his decision to don the Cardinal and Gold of the Trojans, even though he has to split time with Travis Dye, who also broke the century mark for rushing yards on Saturday.
