Yeah, I think many Cardboarders have answered the question of how much longer do things have to suck before we conclude changes have to be made. Their answer is we should have already concluded it.

If by "changes have to be made" you mean changes to the coaching staff then I think you're right. If you mean that Shaw needs to go I'm not sure too many of us are there. I'm not. As I've said previously, I think Shaw's overall record has earned him the right to fix the mess he's made. But if he's unwilling to fix it, and results don't improve then he needs to go.
