I buried the lede there.
On this board we've discussed at length the distinction between a leader who can transform an organization and one who can run a steady ship -- and how it's rare it is for a leader to be successful at both.
It makes sense that venture capitalists would have spent a lot of time thinking about the same thing.
I simply thought the blog post by Ben Horowitz was interesting and relevant to the the last decade of Stanford football.
