What happened to Wyrick?  Last year, as a true freshman, he did some good things as nickel back.  This year, he’s not playing.  Doghouse? Regression? Overrecruited?

He was on the sideline with a headset and clipboard, and wearing at least the top of his uni, but I couldn't tell whether he was in sweats (i.e. injured) or not.

Notably, he played in 4 games earlier this season (and graded solidly) before getting hurt in some capacity, so I believe he may or may not be healthy at this point and we're now redshirting him. He has a shirt available due to playing as a true frosh last year, and it's not worth burning that potential extra year for a couple meaningless end-of-season games. It's not regression or being overrecruited, unless you count Fields coming in and McGill returning healthy (recall he wasn't last year) as "being overrecruited."
