No one will accept the job without knowing more  precisely what Stanford is willing to do on NIL and transfers.  My guess is that is why Shaw was discussing it with administration last week.  So we should know a lot more about what the administration is willing to do not only when the new hire is announced, but when the new policies that come with him are announced.
