Men’s water polo, Lacrosse and Field  Hockey look good but early

Excellent choice.  Undoubtedly paid big bucks.

Football IMO needs a type A personality who is willing to spend all hours of day and night recruiting.  Need to get back up and running ASAP which will take elite players.

Also need someone who understands Stanford admissions and exactly what is needed to get accepted. This is something Harbaugh didn't know his first year and a bunch of his recruits were rejected by admissions.
