Men’s water polo, Lacrosse and Field  Hockey look good but early

Excellent choice.  Undoubtedly paid big bucks.

Football IMO needs a type A personality who is willing to spend all hours of day and night recruiting.  Need to get back up and running ASAP which will take elite players.

Recruiting is among the least of the program's problems. Player development, scheme/play calling, and S&C are bigger deficiencies. New HC needs to clean house
