I'd be fine with Roman -- or frankly, almost anyone -- as long as they:

1) Get three world class coordinators (Off/Def/ST), who can select world class assistants and are able to recruit all over the country. 
2) Sign a world class recruiting coordinator.
3) Employ a world class strength & conditioning lead / team.
