At least Haase is doing a great job at getting pre-NBA players to come in and spend a few months on campus.
Perhaps our futility has been the selling point.
Why burn yourself out with a deep run in a conference tournament and a deep run in the NCAA tournament in the weeks before the NBA draft analysis starts. Why waste time learning a complex college system that you'll only use for a season or two?
Wouldn't it be better to play a glorified pick-up game offense and get most of March off so you can work with agents and trainers before the draft?
