Regarding our crappy start 5-9, with 0-4 conference, some excuses:
a) bunch players hurt? ... no not really
b) bunch of away games? ... no not really, half at home and of the away, more neutral sites than true away, and 3 of 4 Pac-12 been at home.
c) bunch of tough opponents? .. yeah some, lost to every one of them
d) at least got some Quality wins? .. well, which is best quality win, Fl State? they're 4-11 overall
Our 0-4 conf start matches Haase's worst back at start of his Stanford HC career, so he's come "full circle".
A loss away at Cal will give him a new Stanford "record".
