I might not be surprised if the courts hold them as a restraint of trade (and we have a whole off target thread about non-compete agreements). Given the number of transfers and the portal, the NCAA *might* have a defense that there is no evidence that the no contact rules are hurting the athletes, but it is a rapidly evolving legal situation so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ ?
