If his team of mercenary players wins a NC in the next couple of years, you can bet that the majority of D1 schools will be screaming for new rules.
The first thing the NCAA could do is change the transfer rules. Just bringing back the rule that transfers have to sit out one season would have a significant impact.
Any enforced restriction of transfers or trade will be challenged in court and probably fare poorly for the NCAA.
The only thing that will happen if Deion has success buying players is he’ll be the next coach at (insert SEC school here)
