LOL! “Experts” critiquing a guy who has played in a total of eight games in his career as though he were a seasoned vet. Obviously, there are things he could do better. IMO, Purdy’s overall play has been nothing short of miraculous. He has already set a number of records, my favorite being the longest streak of pass attempts by a rookie in the playoffs without an INT. Heck, he is on the verge of being the first rookie to ever lead his team to victory in a conference championship game in the Super Bowl era.
Picking at things he could do better tells me more about the observer than the “observee”. Warner is an idiot.
Of course, Purdy’s coach has had much to do with his success. Shanahan’s game plans are ideal for Purdy’s style of play. I haven’t seen anything that Shanahan needs to “fix”.
Having said that, the Eagles have the better team and should win a close one. However, SF could certainly pull the upset. I hope we see one tomorrow.
