Phogge's still in jail? What did he do this time -- drive a fire engine into Lake Lag?  Leave painted footprints climbing up and down the outside of Hoo Tow?  Throw beer cans at the Oakland cops in White Plaza?

Not sure.  Think he threw a high hard one.
