I read that if you include the luxury tax hit, dumping Wiseman saved $110, million. The fact they got anything for him is probably a plus.
Bob Meyers has done most everything right. But that was a bad pick. Doesn’t mean he won’t be a good player someday. He may be. But the Warriors weren’t in a position to draft someone who would have to learn on the floor. And to use the number two pick for that was a mistake.
