I knew the guy was a bad apple when he was asked in his introductory interview about the importance of Stanford athletics and he responded that he liked to go skiing with his family in the Alps when he was a child.

Not that there's anything wrong with skiing, but that answer kind of says it all.

Past time to stick a fork in the guy.

I'd have been okay with it if he'd said skiing at Shasta, Heavenly or Sugar Bowl.  The Alps?  I don't think that's anywhere near Tahoe. So...nope...

well he did live in Europe with his family from 7-17 so for him the Alps were local skiing as kid....
