Some of you may know about my Stanford sports videos posts on Youtube.  These are complete (or at least more than half) games.  Commercials removed.  Due to copyright issues my expected earnings from this is $0.00.  But I do love watching these games.

The Stanford baseball 2023 playlist is here. At the moment, the only game is the 11 inning marathon at CSU Fullerton.  Currently uploading game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader vs Rice.  Enjoy!  If you have the bandwidth and storage, I encourage downloading games you want to keep in case the copyright owners change their minds.

For anyone interested, each of these videos has passed Youtube copyright clearance.  Ownership has been declared for a number of them but the copyright owner has no objections to what I'm doing.  The one time I was asked to take down a video was caused by a song in a commercial (Bud Light used "Sexy Thing" for reasons no one will ever understand.)  I responded by removing the ads completely.  So far so good.

Stanford scores 3 in the 8th to win 7-4 and get the sweep.  Owen Cobb drove in 2 runs in the 8th with a triple, then scored on a sac fly.  For the day, Cobb went 6 for 9, with a double and a triple, scored twice and had 4 RBIs.  Not sure what the plan was for Haskins prior to his illness, but Cobb is really taking advantage of his opportunity.

Been waiting three years for Cobb to get his bat in gear.  Terrific timing!
