Any idea or comparison how the extent of these offers might compare to recent prior years at about this time?

2018: 25 (pathetic)
2019: 51
2020: 47
2021: 33
2022: 65

The first half-ish of this cycle's offers were under the previous staff, so unknown just how many of those guys are still "in play" or even on the new staff's board. We'll almost certainly see more offers this cycle than any others because of that.

I'll stop including 2018 after this cycle but keep it there to remind everyone how godawful the recruiting process was that cycle. That single class had a negative effect on the team for years, all the way up until this previous season when we should've had a bunch of 5th-year seniors but only had Bonner and Symonds (and Patrick Fields, who wasn't in the class initially).
