That post was hard to understand and I couldn't figure it out when I first read it. I think you meant something like:

Nicole Powell coach of UC Riverside was 6-22 for the season. Her team was ahead after 3 quarters vs Long Beach.  Sadly Long Beach goes 23-8 in the 4th qtr so not to be.
