One other thing. Our rebounding average of 45.7 rebounds per game this last year was he best of the Vanderveer era (as best I can tell), and many years it wasn't even close. We got out-rebounded last night, and we've been out rebounded in a few of our key losses this year, but as a whole, rebounding was a strength of this team. Our rebounding margin for the season was +13.1, and we captured 73% of the rebounds at the opponents end of the court while getting 40% of our own misses. Last night, we only managed to corral 57% of Ole Miss' misses (try saying that three times fast), and had a rebounding margin of -5 (18 below our season average). I think if we had managed to keep rebounding even, we would have won the game.
