I would love to see DEMETRE being used more as a stretch 4.

Her turn around midrange jumper is just a thing of beauty,
comparable to Grace BERGER's of Indiana, but was seldom used 
in favor of jacking up 3-pointers last season.  

I'd say put her in the high post, feeding BRINK or BETTS in the low post,
otherwise use that beautiful turnaround midrange jumper which is 
relatively difficult to block.

Do you recall how well Demetre sets screens?  That would be another function at the high post that we need, provided she is good at it.
