I second this..many have already given the job to Kaye Pate and if I was a betting person (my money would be on her being Tara's successor). However, I support finding the best candidate regardless of that person's loyalty to Coach Vanderveer. How did the Holly Warlick successon plan work at Tennessee for Pat Summit as a recent example. TERRIBLE
