South Carolina graduated Boston and Cardoso. Why not them?

If pay-to-play, aka NIL, money is an athlete's goal, then the quality of the team, coach, or school is no better than second place.  If the financers can raise enough money, without rules as is the case for the NCAA currently, then they can buy a top player at each spot.  So, with enough money, No-Name College could be next year's champs.
