Thanks for the excellent posts, 81 and Spiny.
As a alum and chump-change-level donor, I'm most frustrated by the lack of transparency on two counts:
1. What exactly is the Administration's stance/position/opinion/feeling about these (NIL and transfer) issues; and
2. What exactly is the process for addressing the possibility of changing/modifying/amending #1?
I'd be surprised if the Daily (for example) doesn't already have a standing request to interview either MTL or PD to shed some light; I'm not holding my breath for Stanford to grant such an interview.
I wouldn't be surprised if there is NO answer/stance/policy at the moment for either question.
