Poole drives me nuts.  But he certainly improved dramatically from when he was a rookie - shuttling between Warriors and SC.  Kuminga and Moody were in ‘21 draft.  7 and 14. Takes time.  And the 14th pick is by no means a sure thing.  I think both Kuminga and Moody improved from their rookie years. Moving forward, as the team transitions, we will get a better picture of how Kerr and Co do developing young players.

And who knows, maybe Kuminga plays game 7 and makes a positive contribution.  If so, I’ll tip my hat….

Poole's got some amazing talent and moves, particularly on offense. And I think he'll build his defensive skills as time goes by. But he's learning the wrong lessons from Dray and Steph. He whines too much to the refs when the action is happening at the other end of the floor. He's an accomplished turnover machine. He quits at times. He can play out of control. He goes down to the floor too much when he shoots. And he takes shots that are outside of his range -- inside of Curry's range, who Poole is trying to emulate. But outside of Poole's range.
