[Giants]

Giants win, 5-0. Farhan's Folly, Michael Conforto goes 4 /4 with a walk and his team leading 11th home run. He's dragged his average up to .239 and his OPS to .810. Our two rookies had consecutive, two-out doubles. Alexander, both Rogers brothers, Junis, Manaea and Brebbia gabve up four hits and two walks in nine innings, with 13 strikeouts.

They're now 25-25, and 3-1 on a road trip. Looking pretty good...can't wait to see Slater come back.

Also, Carlos Correa has missed the past two games because of a left foot injury. The Twins have described it at various times as:

- Heel bruise
- Plantar fasciitis
- Muscle strain on the arch

I think the Giants have goooooood medical evaluative staff.

Things are definitely looking up.  Like Schmitt, Bailey has gotten off to a hot start. I would expect the league will catch up with them.  However, their initial results are a very promising development for SF. At this point, I think both will stick with the big club.  

I don’t expect the Giants will catch LA but they should be in the wild card race for the balance of the season (if they can find some answers for the lack of production at back of the rotation).  

I guess Zaidi does know what he is doing……..
