I know.  But their lack of pitching (injuries) is going to catch up with them at some point.

Speaking of pitchers, Luke Jackson eligible to come off 60 today.  He’s thrown 6 games in Sac, so he should be close to ready.  I think Walker goes back down.  Beck gives them another long man. Also have to take someone off 40.  Beaty?

Jackson is heading to SF and Beaty was DFA’d (good call). Instead of Walker, Villar was send to Sac.

Yeah, I put out the Walker comment before Beck was sent down when Slater was back. Still a bit surprised they kept Walker over Beck.  Especially since Jackson will be a one inning leverage guy, with, I suspect, limits on going back to back. Beck eats more innings than Walker. Let’s see what happens in a week.  Wouldn’t be surprised to see Beck called up for Walker. Especially if they have a couple games with heavy pen innings.  He has to be down for 10 days.  

Course, other option is Harrison.  But they have to get him stretched out to 90-100 and that’s a few weeks away.
