Luis Matos continues pummeling baseballs for Sac. Has 3 HRs in last 2 games and is at .396 and OPS over 1.

Marco Luciano also has 3 HRs. In his last 2 games, but is a shocking .200 points behind Matos on the BA meter.

I’ll take a Schmitt, Bailey, Matos, Harrison, and maybe Whisenhunt youth infusion this year and hope Luciano can resurrect his bat next year like Matos did a year after he struggled in 2022.

Gonna take more than the Giants have now to get into playoffs, IMO.
