Are networks dropping out of negotiations because PAC-12 is asking too much or because PAC-12 less USC/UCLA is not appealing enough?  The article says the fear by networks during a long term deal is that more schools may drop out of the PAC. They could put some clause in the contract in the event that happens.

San Diego State just doesn't seem like a PAC-12 type of team to me.  I'd rather stick with ten teams if possible than add teams currently being speculatively discussed.

I hope a cable TV deal gets done.  IMO streaming only would be the beginning of the end.
