Blown save for Doval, then JD walks it off.

I was at the game tonight, lots of fun. We had purchased marginal seats on StubHub, seat owner couldn't come across, StubHub made good with some fairly exceptional seats under the press box. Much fun, the whole family went. We thought they were in for a big first inning, it fizzled. We thought Camilo Doval would shut down the BoSox, he fizzled. And JD hit the first pitch just barely fair. Mayhem. BoSox fans in front of us left as soon as the up signaled HR.

Casey Schmitt played 2B, and looks even more lost at the plate than on TV. Flores went 3/4, Slater 1/4 with a run scored, a walk and an RBI, JD, Conforto and Luciano all had two hits, Matos had a hit. Yaz had two walks, including an intentional walk to get to Slater.

It was a reliever's game, Walker started, Manaea pitched 4 2/3 innings of scoreless ball...in the stands, we all theorized the Giants are trying to get rid of him, Haniger, Wood and Bart.
