Granted, not bad for someone in college and better than a poke in the eye. I guess I was struck with the 'securing the bag' thing. And memories of putting kids through school. And that first, second, and third mortgage.
$200k for a college women's bball player to me is securing the bag. Park that in the stock market, and it will might be enough for her to buy an entire house in her thirties.
