My foam earplugs are... generic foam earplugs. :-)

I use high-fidelity "musician's" earplugs that reduce volume by 20 dB while retaining good sound quality (foam earplugs alter the sound). I use Etymotic Research ones (~$20; recommended by my audiologist) but there are others.
