My hearing aids are a high end Phonak Audeo model (M-312), $3000 per ear. They have built-in Bluetooth that works well with my Android phone.
My foam earplugs are... generic foam earplugs. :-)
You listen to a lot of music?
Not so much, but I am on a lot of concalls and Zoom meetings. I can understand what people are saying a lot better with the audio going to my hearing aids with Bluetooth. It's also nice that when I get an audio notification on my phone, it doesn't disturb other people. When not using Bluetooth I have to crank those up to max volume so I don't miss noticing them.
Amen, if you haven't tried the later models with Bluetooth, you are missing out in my opinion. Far easier to understand people on the phone and in meetings when the sound goes to the Bluetooth. For me, the Bluetooth feature lets me hear the higher frequencies far better.
