If next season the schedule has Stanford hooked up with two or three ACC teams to play at SMU on a three day weekend, I'll probably make a trip to the big D; particularly if Stanford's games are not televised. I checked out some hotels and restaurants near the SMU campus.
paloalto,
Restaurants near game site not a problem..lots to ,choose from ranging from student hangouts to upscale places in Snyder Plaza..with alternatives in between. Hotels within walking distance more of a problem . But you can find plenty within a short Uber ride or easy drive…and parking near game site not a problem .
Do you know when matches will occur? I live there and had t heard the SMU midpoint thing was a done deal. Thanks
Stanford plays USC tomorrow 8:00 pm at Maples. USC is 5-1 in conference and according to volleydork.com is ranked #3 in the country in hitting efficiency from the back row. Stanford is coming off a big win against WSU and at times has trouble getting pumped up for home games as opposed to playing in front of raucous, sell-out venues on the road. After the match will USC fans be flashing the victory sign or will the Cardinal defend its house?

Arizona State plays Oregon this weekend. While Oregon is favored it would not be that big an upset if Arizona State wins.
