The traffic circle at Campus Drive and Serra was partially blocked by a service vehicle when I was trying to leave.  Anyone know what happened? 
Wondered if there was an accident or something.

No idea today.  But it took 10 minutes to get thru 2 traffic circles (10 minutes after the game started) a couple of days ago.

I think I wrote before of the less than optimal lighting on pedestrians approaching the crosswalks at these circles. It makes it harder for drivers to see them than it needs to be.  I sure hope someone didn’t get hurt. 

When Mythbusters showed traffic circles were faster, it was in daylight, without pedestrians or bicyclists or scooters or skateboards. 

Between the circles and the 15-minute delay per floor getting out of the garage, I think I’m going to revert to coming from El Camino and parking by the stadium. I had a quick exit today.
