Bottom line, I am just very happy for BETTS. She is now the centerpiece of the #2 team in the nation.
Barring any further season-ending injuries to their main players, I predict that UCLA will finally be
a Final Four team this year.
And when all is said and done, that 2022 class of #1 BETTS, #2 RICE, #19 JACQUEZ, #22 JONES and
#49 IWUALA will most likely leave Westwood with 3 Final Fours and perhaps an NCAA championship,
with the help of Europeans BESSOIR, DUGALIC and SONTAG plus their incoming 2024 Class
consisting of #14 DUDLEY (teammate of RICE in HS), #24 CAIN and #27 SOCKA-NGUEMEN
(another teammate of RICE in HS), and of course their 2025 recruit #3 Sienna BETTS,
younger sister of Lauren BETTS.
On the other hand, I just hope Stanford can continue to be a Top 25 team after this season.
