Also, just found out that Drake Metcalf is transferrig again, from UCF to Virginia, where he will be reunited with Terry Heffernan.

Everything so much in flux, I may be wrong, but isn't Lowe's announcement such that if we only get the returning Seniors/Grads that have announced their return, and don't get any new transfers in, and don't lose any more recruits, we are now exactly (but likely only temporarily) in perfect max scholarships balance?
