I am not sure how good Utah Tech is (I didn't even know they existed), but they took down Oregon 92-86 tonight. Looking it up, they just transitioned to D1 three seasons ago.

I wondered if Utah Tech had succeeded by the use of transfers.  But, no, it appears the players all developed at Utah Tech. Three fifth-year players and the rest underclassmen (well, some are redshirt sophomores). Only 12 players.
