As incredible as that would have been,  I'm glad we didn't pull that upset as the Pac-12 would not have been represented in the playoff.

This has to be the #1 reason I hate conferences.  It's not that I don't understand Marty's rationale, but it's a pretty sad world when one of our most dedicated fans is rooting against us winning because of some kind of statement it makes about a conference whose members collectively didn't care enough to keep around.

Luckily we'll be right at home in the only power conference to be left out of this year's playoffs.
