Watching the UCLA @ U$C game, it's the first time I've seen a foul, nevermind an intentional foul, caused by someone's hair.

I didn't see that -- sounds worth checking out.

"Intentional" is such a misnomer for what NBA and (IIRC) formerly NCAA WBB call a "flagrant 1" foul. Whether the foul is in that category doesn't depend on whether the player intended to foul or not.
