Great interview. Esquer acknowledged the obvious: our boys will take their lumps early...and perhaps beyond that given how young they are. What's great to hear is how excited he is about the freshmen arms. I already knew about the top two freshmen pitchers, but it's clear there are two others who can contribute. He also mentioned he's pumped about five other freshmen pitchers coming in a year from now. Sounds like we should have a great staff in 2025. Not sure what the hitting will look like then...or for this year, for that matter.
