Suppose that the top seeds from the Pac-12 are Stanford, UCLA, USC. Say Stanford is put in one of the Portland regionals.  Would the other two be shipped east?  I don’t think so. 

Now where do Colorado and OSU wind up?  Ship one to the east, but I’d bet OSU plays as the 2nd highest PAC-12 team in one of the Portland regionals.

5 teams in 4 regionals means 2 have to overlap, and it will mosr likely be in Portland.
