After the Nygaard experiment at Phoenix, I'm not sure that Stanford should go in that direction despite our fond memories of her at Stanford.
I'd argue that we need to find an experienced assistant to go along with Kate Paye - and that an outside voice would be welcome after the departure of Tara to be a challenger in the room to bring up different perspectives.
