I wonder if other grad transfers can go this route. I'm guessing most don't actually get a degree at other schools.

Many schools have “certificate” programs for post-grads. Those are popular with football transfers.

Stanford used to offer an MA in Liberal Studies (or something like that). I knew someone who went through that program. It was like Harvard’s Extension program, similar to adult education. Nevertheless my friend was very proud of that degree. No idea whether any grad transfers are in that or a similar program.

I <think> a transfer into WBB got an MLA 2-3 years ago

Wow. Even if you misremembered, this is interesting.

This is the athlete I was thinking of. Bobk or anyone else, please chime in if I'm misremembering or misunderstanding her enrollment &/or the circumstances around her pursuit/awarding of an advanced degree.
