Many schools have “certificate” programs for post-grads. Those are popular with football transfers.
Stanford used to offer an MA in Liberal Studies (or something like that). I knew someone who went through that program. It was like Harvard’s Extension program, similar to adult education. Nevertheless my friend was very proud of that degree. No idea whether any grad transfers are in that or a similar program.
