If we could trade him and a pick for Zach LaVine, Laurie Markonnen (unlikely) or Gary Trent, that's a possibility. Trent's only 25, shoots 38.3 from 3 pt. range. Lavine only played 25 games and has a monster of a contract, so the Warriors wouldn't have to give up much, I suspect. Markonnen would be expensive; prob. Kuminga, Wiggins and two draft picks.
The Warriors need to rebuild. No need to delay ripping off the band aid. I certainly would not give a lottery pick in return for a player who would not lift the team into the playoffs. Markkanen is the only one here I'd consider.
In response to the comment above about KD or Mitchell or Giannis coming in a deal near the trade deadline, that's a pipe dream. The Warriors are capped, will be under .500 at the deadline, and have an untradeable malcontent/thug in Green. Why would a star want to come into that situation. Especially KD who already left GS once in part because of Green. Worse yet, to land a disgruntled star in a trade, the Warriors would need to part with close to 50MM in salary, which would leave Curry, Green, the new star, and scrubs. That's not enough to lift a sub-.500 team into the playoffs. Sorry, if there's a disgruntled star, that person is probably going to join a team that can contend for a title, not a team that will struggle to make the playoffs.
