Best case scenario for KT is one good year and he helps the Mavs over the top. Years two and three, he will continue his rapid decline, I suspect. It's interesting how he feels he's still the KT of seven years ago.
On a separate note, Cleveland demanded Kuminga in the trade for Paul George, but Dunleavy considered JK untouchable, at least for that trade. Happily.
Last note...a tiny little voice at the back of my brain is wondering whether the Warriors might trade Wiggins and/or Draymond at the 2024/2025 trade deadline...or even Curry, if they had a good enough offer. Sure, the Warriors might do very well, the young guys might collectively surprise on the upside. It's possible. But if not...and a team is desperate at the 50 game mark...then, who knows?
